Nexus, also known as sufficient physical presence, is the determining factor of whether an out­ of ­state business selling products into a state is liable for collecting the tax on sales in the state. Nexus is created if your company maintains a temporary or permanent presence of people (employees, service people or independent sales/service agents) or property (inventory, offices, warehouses).

The temporary presence is created through traveling people visiting states to call on customers or prospects, trade show attendance, or consigned inventory in warehouses. Nexus is created once a substantial physical presence is established. Unfortunately, this is not clearly defined by each state and can vary from 1 day to a number of days in other states. Nexus means a business entity has established a direct or representational presence within a particular state or jurisdiction. This presence gives the state the right to require a company to pay or collect and remit certain taxes.

Montana does not impose a sales and use tax.

Yes, we take pictures of each product line. If you have 200 of one that is absolutely identical, we only take one picture. If there is one of those 200 items that has a bent corner or we think it might be an issue we will take another picture. We take pictures of all damage. Which includes incoming boxes, and damaged products.

There are no limits to how many products you send in. You can send as little or as many as you like. We don’t even limit the number of different UPCs you send. We are here to help, not hinder you.

Once your shipment arrives at our warehouse it usually take 24 – ­48 hours to ship it off to the fulfillment center of your choice.

You can chose a fulfillment center of your choice for us to send to.
You can have it shipped to an address of your choice
or you can have it disposed of.

We check to see the item matches Amazon listings.
Check size to see that it is true and correct.
Check that listing matches product.
Check that the item count is correct ie. Single pack, two pack, three pack.

Yes, we will hold shipments for 2 weeks no charge. After two weeks we charge .01 cents per cubic foot our cost for storage. If you wish us to hold your shipment please let us know.
