What should I do if my products are checked into the ISSUES Tab?

How do I respond to the Issues tab?

  • Items appearing in the Issues tab will require your input before forwarding.

  • These are typically items displaying some form of damage or other types of exceptions that could render the items unfit for sale.

  • We recommend requesting a return shipping label from the store.

  • Once you have received the return shipping label, please Open a new ticket and Upload your return label.

  • Your return will be processed accordingly.

  • Your returns will be viewable from the MF/Returns Tab.
