What should I do if my products are checked into the ISSUES Tab?
How do I respond to the Issues tab?

Items appearing in the Issues tab will require your input before forwarding.

These are typically items displaying some form of damage or other types of exceptions that could render the items unfit for sale.

We recommend requesting a return shipping label from the store.

Once you have received the return shipping label, please Open a new ticket and Upload your return label.

Your return will be processed accordingly.

Your returns will be viewable from the MF/Returns Tab.
