Cost is $0.50 per bundle of up to 5 items, plus $0.10 per additional item

These are bundles with different UPC’s up to five items.

Cost is $0.50 per bundle in addition to the per item fee.

As you can see there are 5 different items. These 5 different items came in separately.

This would cost $1.50 plus 5 per item fee. So if your per item fee is $1.00 then the cost for this bundle would be $6.50.
